Very clean and nice area, Leasing office are extremely nice and very helpful...always reply to emails with any concerns I may have. Maintenance team is always on point, they come out the very next day to address any issues. Plan on to continuing to renew my lease each year.

Toured with Liz and she was wonderful. Property was beautiful, just wish they had availability. I would definitely move here.

In the area apartment hunting ! Came to your location I'm interested in a 2 bedroom apartment. Jenny Gray was a big help she explained to me the requirements and showed me the floor plans very detailed she has a great personality. Excellent customer service. I will have to schedule an appoint to see the apartments personally as though I really didn't have enough time due to prior engagements. I will be back soon Ms Gray.

This place is looks amazing on the outside! Most places you tour the office looks well renovated and better than the apartments. Jenny showed us the model unit and it was BEAUTIFUL. I can not lie I was shocked that the apartments look just as well as the office. I understand now why you all have limited availability. DEFINITELY A HIDDEN GEM.

My husband and I showed up at 4:50 on a Saturday because we just happened to come across this beautiful neighborhood. Jenny was so welcoming making us feel very comfortable. She went over all the prices with us and information we needed to know. We were not comfortable doing a guided tour so she let us do a self guided tour which made me super excited because other complexes denied us. She let us take our time and didn't rush us even though the office closed at 5. She waited for us and made sure to answer all our questions when we got back. Jenny is definitely hands down awesome at customer service and I look forward to her being my leasing agent and making the park on windy hill my new home.

I've been living here for just about 2 years, very comfortable and quiet area. Maintenance team answer all requests within 2 days. Leasing office is very responsive and nice. Community is kept clean and well maintained. Amenities are wonderful...great place for a family to live and feel safe. Plan on renewing my lease
