My husband and I showed up at 4:50 on a Saturday because we just happened to come across this beautiful neighborhood. Jenny ... was so welcoming making us feel very comfortable. She went over all the prices with us and information we needed to know. We were not comfortable doing a guided tour so she let us do a self guided tour which made me super excited because other complexes denied us. She let us take our time and didn't rush us even though the office closed at 5. She waited for us and made sure to answer all our questions when we got back. Jenny is definitely hands down awesome at customer service and I look forward to her being my leasing agent and making the park on windy hill my new home. I toured with Jenny and she is absolutely wonderful. She took her time with us, very patient as we looked around the model ... unit. She never got frustrated with us when we were asking questions. She even showed us the amenities (most places are not showing) when we asked about them. She is very knowledge able about the different layouts you guys offer and the pricing.
